The Tufters Cottage
BOOKING CONDITIONS

1. Reservations normally take place Saturday to Saturday. Short break facilities and extra days are available on request, subject to availability.
2. Well behaved, fully house-trained, dogs are welcome, accompanied by responsible owners. Dogs must not be allowed in the cottage unless they are clean & dry. They must not be allowed on the furniture or upstairs in the bedrooms or left unattended in the cottage at any time. Please do not let them foul the gardens or rustle our neighbour’s sheep.
3. In order to maintain the high standard of cleanliness of the cottage, guests are asked not to arrive before 4pm on the day of arrival and to leave by 10.am on the day of departure.
4. A deposit of 50% of the total cost is payable at the time of booking. The balance of the full amount to be paid upon arrival. Telephone & email bookings will reserve the accommodation for 5 days pending receipt of deposit. Upon receipt of your deposit we will confirm your booking in writing by post or email as preferred. In the event of a booking not being accepted, the deposit will be refunded, in full and without delay.
5. The number of people occupying the accommodation may not exceed the number notified and agreed with the owners.
6. Guests are responsible for all the contents of the property hired and all breakages and damage must be reported and paid for on departure. - We maintain Tufters to a high standard of cleanliness. The Hirer must therefore undertake to keep all furniture, fittings and effects in the same good condition as they were found.
7. The owners do not accept any responsibility for any personal injury sustained to any visitor, their horses & pets or for the loss or damage to any property brought onto the premises, however caused.
8. Cancellations must be advised immediately. In the event of a successful re-let any payment already made will be refunded in full, otherwise all monies will be forfeited.
9. No smoking policy. There is strictly no smoking allowed inside the cottage or on the stable yard.
10. Following your booking, in the unlikely event of the cottage becoming unavailable due to circumstances outside our control, a complete refund will be made.
